1976 - 1979 Ford Short Flareside Bedwood

All of our bed kits are made from cabinet-grade kiln-dried materials to minimize warping and shrinkage.

All boards are milled to 3/4", grooved, cut to length, and sanded. We recommend that boards are sanded prior to finishing, according to the finish manufacturers' recommendations. 

This kit includes a 7/8" groove on the top and bottom of the wood at the tailgate end of the wood for placement of the bed wood sill.

Mounting holes are to be drilled by the customer prior to installation.

Note: This is not a direct replacement for the plywood floors on 1983 -87 trucks. This set has 7 boards and requires 6 new bed strips. The bed strips do not install in the same places as the original 5-bed strips and the installer will drill new holes in the cross sills
